A00017 - A Love That Lasts Beyond Death

 While The Boy came to understand that the Only Eternal Love is the Love that The Boy has for The God Who Was With The Boy.  Over time, The Boy would come to experience the fact that the Love that The Boy had for Others would last beyond The Boy's Life provided that the Others Who The Boy Loved lived.  The Boy's Love for Others would only depart when both The Boy and the Loved Other both ceased to Live.  

A00016 - The Only Eternal Love

 It would take over fifty years for The Boy to understand the message from The God Who Was With The Boy.  There would be many endeavors to Love another Human Being.  However, at the end of the fifty years, The Boy came to understand that The God Who Was With The Boy wanted The Boy to find an Eternal Love and that the only Eternal Love that can ever be is To Love The God Who Was With The Boy. Any other form of Love is merely a temporary sentiment that passes once the physical existence comes to an end.  That is why marital vows typically include the provision of the "Til Death Do Us Part".  Even for married couples, the Love they share does not continue in the Life Hereafter.  Only the Love of The God Who Was With The Boy would continue in the Life Hereafter.    

A00015 - "To Love"

 As the Boy began to Heal and as the Boy began to venture forth to Learn, the Boy came to the realization that He had to follow the message from The God Who Was With The Boy which was "To Love".  But what did the message "To Love" mean.  Did it mean that the Boy was to Love the one that He already Loved?  To find out, the Boy decided to visit the One That He Already Loved.  

But while the Boy would travel to find the answer to the Question, the Boy would not find the answer there.  The answer was already embedded within the Soul of the Boy.  When The God Who Was With The Boy instructed The Boy "To Love", it was a Universal, Eternal Love that The God Who Was With The Boy wanted The Boy to pursue.  

It would take The Boy over Fifty Years to learn how "To Love."  The trip to visit the One That He Already Loved would only be a first stop on a Long Journey "To Love."

A00014 - The Messages from The God Who Was With The Boy

 Over the lifetime of The Boy, The God Who Was With The Boy would send The Boy a number of Messages.  The following are The Messages that The Boy received:

To the best of his ability, The Boy complied with the Messages he received from The God Who Was With The Boy.

A00013 - The Holographic Universe v. The Universe of Light, Life and Love

In the Spring/Summer 2024 Special Edition of Scientific American titled "Dark Universe: Mysterious Cosmic Phenomena Shape Reality Itself" there is a segment titled "The Holographic Universe Turns 25".  The segment begins with this statement:

"A quarter of a century ago a conjecture shook the world of theoretical physics.  It had the aura of revelation, "At first, we had a magical statement ... almost out of nowhere," says Mark Van Raamsdonk, a theoretical physicist at the University of British Columbia.  The idea, put forth by Juan Maldacena of the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, N. J., suggested something profound: that our universe could be a hologram.  Much like a 3D hologram emerges from the information encoded on a 2D surface, our universe's 4D spacetime could be a holographic projection of a lower-dimensional reality."

In learning about the evolving vision of the Universe, some fifty years after being shown a Universe by The God Who Was With The Boy, -- a Universe of Light, Life and Love, -- The Boy, in 2024, was even more convinced that the Universe of Light, Life and Love is "Our Universe" and it can be seen by all who view reality from a Divine Dimension. 

   

A00012 - Where Should The Boy Begin To Learn?

 Over the next few weeks as The Boy's strength increased along with The Boy's mental clarity. The Boy began to examine the contents of the Great Books of the Western World and came to the conclusion that The Boy would need help to understand what was contained in the Books and to more fully comply with The Message that had been conveyed by The God Who Was With The Boy.  The Boy came to understand that, to comply with The Message, The Boy would have to return to the College On The Hill and continue His studies as part of complying with The Message that The God Who Was With The Boy had conveyed.  The Boy would need to Return to the College On The Hill if The Boy was To Learn.  

A00011 - But How Can I Serve?

 The God Who Was With The Boy told the Boy that the Boy should serve.  But the Boy did not know how.  The Boy's Body was broken, and the Boy's Mind was clouded.  How could the Boy serve and with what?  The Boy did not know the answers to those questions.  At that time, all the Boy could do was focus on mending his body and clearing his mind.  It took two weeks before the Boy's body was mended enough to allow the Boy to finally leave the hospital and return home to his family in the High Desert. Upon entering the home, the Boy was shown two large boxes.  The boxes contained the 54-volume set of the Great Books of the Western World.  The Boy had entered a mail-in contest five months before and, by some miracle coincidence, the Boy had won the contest.  The Boy took this as a Message from the God Who Was With The Boy that the Way to Serve was first to Learn.     

A00010 - "To Serve"

 The answer to the Boy's questions was always the same.  The God Who Was With the Boy wanted the Boy "To Serve."

A00009 - What Does the God Who Was With The Boy Want?

 The Boy awakened to a different reality and a different world.  All of his previous hopes and dreams seemed to be no longer attainable.  During his first year at the College on the Hill, the Boy was an athlete who competed on the Track and Field team.  He loved to jump because when he was good, he felt that he could fly.  But with his new diminished body, the Boy could no longer jump.  His wings were now clipped, and the Boy could no longer fly. 

Before traveling with the God Who Was With The Boy, the Boy had been a stirring orator who envisioned a brilliant political career.  But now the Boy's Mind was clouded and any thoughts of a political career were gone.  What would the Boy do?  And what would the God Who Was With The Boy want the Boy to do if the Boy was to return to the College on the Hill?

A00008 - The Return

 The time that the Boy spent with The God Who Was With The Boy did not last for long.  Although the Boy wanted to stay with The God Who Was With The Boy, The God Who Was With The Boy had other Plans.  The God Who Was With The Boy planned for the Boy to return to the Boy's Time and Place, but The Boy would return as a Changed Being.  The Boy could return to the Boy's Time and Place, but the Boy could never again be the Boy that the Boy had been.  Indeed, when the Boy returned to the Boy's Time and Place, the Boy found that he had been in a deep coma during the time that the Boy had spent with The God Who Was With The Boy.  While in the deep coma, the Boy's body had atrophied and the Boy was extremely weak.  The Boy would never have the body that he had before the coma. 

Additionally, the mind of the Boy was not the same that it had been before.  There was a fog that existed in the Boy's mind.  And most, importantly, the Spirit of the Boy had been changed.  No longer was the Boy focused on Service of the Self.  Instead, the Boy felt that he had been sent back to Serve Others.

Over the next fifty years, the Boy's compulsion to Serve Others would take many forms.  But it was the Need to Serve Others that would be the foundation of the Boy's Life ... until the end of time.

A00007 - Nonlocal Consciousness

 The amazing journey that The Boy took with The God Who Was With The Boy was not unusual in itself.  The tales of such journeys have been with mankind for many millennia and, in modern times, scientists have begun to study such experiences. 

There is a book entitled Surviving Death: A Journalist Investigates Evidence for an Afterlife by Leslie Kean.  There is also a Netflix documentary series entitled Surviving Death which documents the notion of a consciousness that transcends not only death but also space and time. One of the more eerily memorable of the book chapters and series episodes pertained to children who had specific and vivid memories of their past lives as adults which occurred decades before they were born.  The events depicted are both chilling and amazing. 

However, for the more scientifically inclined, I commend to you Chapter 9 of the book which is entitled "The NDE and Nonlocal Consciousness" which was written by Pim van Lommel, MD.  As the introductory text explains:

"Pim van Lommel is a Dutch cardiologist who worked at a teaching hospital in Arnhem in the Netherlands for many years and published several professional papers on cardiology.  In 1986, he began studying near-death experiences in patients who survived a cardiac arrest.  Dr. van Lommel and colleagues published the results of a breakthrough study in the reputable medical journal The Lancet in 2001.  As the author of the 2007 international bestseller Endless Consciousness: A Scientific Approach to the Near-Death Experience (renamed  Consciousness Beyond Life: The Science of the Near-Death Experience in the U.S. edition) he is now recognized as a world authority on near-death experiences.  He has lectured on this topic all over the world. 

"Dr. van Lommel has provided the following exclusive chapter, which places evidence from the veridical OBE [out of body experience] and NDE [near-death experience] in a larger context. The child past-life cases can also be applied to the conclusions he draws about the nature of consciousness and its continuity before and after death."  (page 114).

"In 2005, the journal Science published 125 questions that scientists have so far failed to answer.  The most important unanswered question was "What is the universe made of?"  That was followed by "What is the biological basis of consciousness?"  But I would like to reformulate this second question as follows:  "Does consciousness have a biological basis at all?"

"Based on the universal reported aspects of consciousness experienced during cardiac arrest, we can surmise that the informational fields of our consciousness, likely consisting of waves, are rooted in an invisible realm beyond time and space (nonlocality), and are always present around and through us, permeating our body.  They become accessible, and form our waking consciousness through our functioning brain, in the shape of measurable and changing electromagnetic fields.  Our normal, waking consciousness has a biological basis because our body is an interface for it.  But it is one small part of our larger field of consciousness.

"Could our brain be compared to the television set, which receives electromagnetic waves and transforms them into image and sound? These waves hold the essence of all information, but are only perceivable by our senses through suitable instruments like the camera and TV.  And as soon as the function of the brain has been lost, like turning off the TV, memories and consciousness do still exist, but the reception ability is lost: the connection, or interface, is interrupted. Yet consciousness can be experienced during such a period of a nonfunctioning brain, and this is what we call an NDE.  So in my concept, consciousness is not physically rooted.

"I refer to this consciousness beyond time and space, which has no material or biological basis, as "nonlocal consciousness."  It features an interconnectedness that offers the chance of communication with the thoughts and feelings of others, and with those of deceased friends and relatives.  Its roots lie in another invisible, immaterial realm tha is always in us and around us.

"In trying to understand this concept of the interaction between nonlocal consciousness and the material body, another analogy can be made with modern worldwide communication.  At each moment, day and night, we are surrounded by hundreds of thousands of telephone calls, by hundreds of radio and TV programs, and by a billion websites, but we become aware of these electromagnetic informative fields only at the moment we use our mobile telephone or by switching on our radio, TV, or laptop.  What we receive is neither inside the instrument, nor in the components, but thanks to the receiver, the information from the electromagnetic fields ("the cloud") becomes observable to our senses and our perception.  Internet with more than a billion websites available worldwide is obviously not located inside our laptop nor is it produced by it.  Rather, it is stored in "the cloud."  But we need a functioning instrument to receive information from "the cloud," which can be be compared with nonlocal consciousness.

"Nonlocal consciousness can be experience in many ways, ... , and this concept is not a new one.  Scientists and philosophers over the ages have proposed this idea.  Aspects of quantum mechanics like nonlocality help us to understand how consciousness actually functions.  But the difference is that now we have more data highly suggestive of its reality, such as the NDE, which can be explained in all its elements as an experience of nonlocal consciousness. 

"The inevitable conclusion that consciousness can be experienced independently of brain function, and what that implies, should induce a huge change in the scientific paradigm in Western medicine.  It could have practical implications in actual medical and ethical problems, such as the care of comatose or dying patients, euthanasia, abortion and the removal of organs for transplantation from somebody in the dying process with a beating heart in a warm body but with a diagnosis of brain death.  Such understanding also fundamentally changes one's opinion about death, because of the almost unavoidable conclusion that at the time of physical death consciousness will continue to be experienced in another dimension, in an invisible and immaterial world, in which all past, present, and future is enclosed."  (Pages 124-126)

The out of this universe journey of The Boy is entirely feasible for a journey by a nonlocal consciousness.  It is what happens after such a journey that makes life so interesting.

A00006 - Dark Energy and the Born Again Universe

     In recent years, much has been said about the presence of Dark Energy and the role it plays in our Universe. At present, Scientists do not know what Dark Energy is and have not directly seen it.  At best, what is known is that the Expansion of the Universe continues to increase long after the initial Big Bang gave Birth to the Universe. 

    For The Boy, the existence of the Dark Energy is consistent with The Boy's observation of a Universe filled with Light and with the Light being Life.  

    For Scientists, there is the stark realization that in time the Galaxies and the Stars will become increasingly distant from one another until the Day comes when the entire Universe will succumb to the Force of the Dark Energy and Die.

    However, for The Boy, the Day that the Universe Dies will not be the End.  The Dark Energy -- the Unseen Light and Life -- will continue to exist.  And from the Dark Energy that remains after the Universe has seemingly died, there will be a Re-Birth and a New Universe will return.

    In Essence, the Universe that we know today will, like so many of those who tap into the Energy of the Universe, seemingly die only to actually one day be Born Again. 

    In the Universe Revealed by the God Who Was With The Boy, nothing ever dies.  All that is, and ever shall be, will rise again.

    And that includes, this Universe.  

A00005 - Tao Te Ching

     For many years after being shown the Universe of Light, the Boy would search to find some validation for what he saw.  After all, the Universe as depicted by Science tends to be composed of vast Empty Spaces only occasionally occupied by Galaxies and Stars. But this was not the Universe that the Boy saw. 

    Not until some fifty years later would the Boy learn about the Way -- the Tao Te Ching.  The Tao Te Ching embodies the search for a way of life based not on arbitrary rules of morality but on achieving harmony with all things. In the Tao Te Ching, the Boy found an understanding of the essential oneness of the Universe, that Cosmic Energy -- ch'i -- flows within and around us without ceasing, and that wisdom consists not in acting upon the World in order to change it, but in finding and following the Way -- the Tao.

    Unfortunately, it would take over fifty years for the Boy to discover this.  These pages chronicle the Boy's Journey of Discovery. 

A00004 - Coincidences

     All during the life of The Boy, The Boy would experience what most People would call Coincidences.  However, for the Boy, there was no such word.  For the Boy, whenever a seeming "coincidence" occurred, the Boy would simply see an Act of The God Who Was With The Boy.  For The Boy, the frequent coincidences that occurred in The Boy's life were simply beneficial Acts of The God Who Was With The Boy and The Boy would greet such acts with a smile.   

A00003 - A Universe of Light ... and Life

     The Universe that The God Who Was With The Boy showed The Boy was not the Universe that People think they know.  The Universe that the God Who Was With The Boy showed The Boy was a Universe shaped like an Egg.  But unlike the Universe that People think they know, the Universe that the God Who Was With The Boy showed The Boy was filled with Light and the Light was Life. There was no Great Emptiness in the Universe that the God Who Was With The Boy showed the Boy.  Instead, the Universe that the God Who Was With The Boy showed The Boy was completely filled with Light and the Light that filled the Universe that the God Who Was With Boy showed The Boy was Life. Since the God Who Was With The Boy is the Light, and since the God Who Was With The Boy is also Universal Life, then the Universe that the God Who Was With the Boy showed The Boy was filled not only with the Light but also with Life. Thus, the Light that Permeates the Universe was also the Life that Permeates the Universe.  The Universal Light was also Universal Life.

    The Boy was amazed by what he saw, but he did not understand.  It would be many years before he began to fully comprehend the wonders that he had seen.  Nevertheless, The Boy did recognize that the Divine Vision of the Universal Light accompanied by the Divine Vision of the Universal Life was a Revelation from The God.

     And The Boy was overwhelmed.

A00002 - The God Who Was With The Boy

     The God Who showed the Boy the three Options was not the God of the Hebrews.  This God was not a God that had a Chosen People.  This God was a God of the Universe or maybe even a God of the Universes.  Indeed, this God was the God of All Creation ... and of All Creatures ... and of All Peoples ... and of All Beings ... and of All Planets ... and of All Stars ... and of All Galaxies ... and of All Universes ... and of All Dimensions ... and of All Time.  This God had no favorite people.  This God was not the Hebrew God.

    The God Who showed the Boy the three Options was not the Christian God.  This God had no Corporeal Son.  Indeed, this God was not Corporeal at all. This God was more like the God described in the movie The Ten Commandments.  In that movie, Moses goes up to Mount Sinai and meets with God.  When he returns, Moses tells Zephora and Joshua that the God that he met on the mountaintop did not speak directly to him but rather that God revealed God's Word to Moses' mind and the Words that came into Moses' mind was God. 

    In the movie, Moses then goes on to say that God is not Flesh but is Spirit -- the Light of Eternal Mind. And Moses goes further by saying that God's Light is in Every Man.  The Moses of The Ten Commandments was prescient but not comprehensive.  The God that was with the Boy is not only the Light in Every Man ... and the Light in Every Woman ... and the Light in Every Child ... and the Light in Every Creature, this God was also the Light in Every Plant ... and the Light in Every Rock ... and the Light in Every Planet ... and the Light in Every Star ... and the Light in Every Galaxy ... and the Light in Every Universe ... and the Light in Every Dimension ... and the Light in Every Time   

    The God with the Boy was not a God limited by Time or Space.  The God with the Boy was the God of All Peoples and as a God of All Peoples this God could choose whatever Prophets were necessary.  So, the God with the Boy could never be limited by the notion of one of God's Prophets being the Last Prophet.  For the God of all Eternity, Prophets would continue to arise until the End of Time.

    That is the Nature of the God with the Boy. 

    

A00001 - Once Upon A Time

    Once upon a time, there was a boy whose spirit left him to be with God.  Upon being received by God, The Boy found his spirit confined to a dark place where there were no stars and there was no hope.  There was only permanent darkness.  It was a form of Hell, a place where The Boy did not want to be. 

    The Boy lamented his fate of being brought to Hell and cried out to God to take him away from this most tragic fate.

    God heard The Boy's lamentation and brought The Boy out of the Hell.  God brought the boy to a form of Heaven, a place where The Boy did not belong.  

    The Boy saw that this form of Heaven was an ethereal place filled with angelic entities and people who adhered to a limited belief in God.  In this form of Heaven, only those who believed in one form of worship and one form of religious belief were allowed to stay.  It was beautiful in this form of Heaven, but The Boy had already begun to question the notion of religious uniformity as being a requisite to be in Heaven.  Instead, The Boy believed that an existence in such a place of uniformity for all Eternity was not where his soul wanted to be. 

    So, The Boy once again cried out to God and pleaded to God to take his spirit to a place where there would be diversity of thought and diversity of life and diversity of religious practice. God heard this plea.  So, God took The Boy's spirit to a place beyond the Universe.  

    From this vantage point, The Boy could see that The Universe was far different than he had ever imagined.  It was by seeing The Universe that The Boy's world was changed.
