This past week, a local high school abandoned is long held mascot name. Based on the arguments that have been made, it appears that it is long past the time to end the practice that is maintained by some of our professional sports teams. So those of you who reside in Washington, D. C. (Washington Redskins); Cleveland (Cleveland Indians); or Atlanta (Atlanta Braves) you appear to have a ready made cause for you to consider supporting.
